Mr. Garcia is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). He has extensive experience in sales and has personally negotiated all of his own real estate transactions. As a homeowner and real estate investor himself, he became frustrated with the home buying and selling process, which led him to obtain his real estate license. With experience in both short-term Airbnb/Vrbo rentals and more traditional longer-term rentals, he is well-versed in all aspects of the real estate process, including property management.
